At least 31 reported killed in fighting between Armenian, Azerbaijani forces

By Aida Sultanova April 2 at 6:22 PM BAKU, Azerbaijan — At least 30 soldiers and a boy were reported killed as heavy fighting erupted Saturday between Armenian and Azerbaijani forces over the separatist region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

The fighting was the worst outbreak since a full-scale war over the region ended in 1994. Since then, mountainous Nagorno-Karabakh — officially part of Azerbaijan — has been under the control of local ethnic Armenian forces and the Armenian military.

Armenian forces also occupy several areas outside Nagorno-Karabakh. The sides are separated by a demilitarized buffer zone, but small clashes have broken out frequently.

Each side blamed the other for Saturday’s escalation.

In a statement, Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry said 12 of its soldiers “became shahids” — Muslim martyrs — and one of its helicopters was shot down.

The statement also claimed that more than 100 Armenian forces were killed or wounded and six tanks and 15 artillery positions were destroyed.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told his national security council that 18 Armenian soldiers were killed and 35 wounded.

Azerbaijan is an outpost of Turkey, who bankrolls them and directs them.

Pause a moment and recall a horrific event from history.
A century ago the Ottoman Muslims initiated the genocide of the Armenian Christian people during the Great War. When it was over, more than one million Armenian men, women and children were exterminated.
May Almighty God have eternal mercy on the souls of those defenseless Armenian People.

There is some good news. Armenia has signed some sort of defense treaty with Russia afew days ago. It is irony that the former Soviet Union has stepped in to save civilization from the syphilisation of TROP..

Yes, and it proceeds from from Turkey and Ergodan, who is in the US right now to open the largest mosque in the US this week in Lanham, Maryland. (which Turkey has bankrolled).

The muslims lost the Karbach (sp) war against Armenia in the 90’s. The muslim debacle there was blacked out by the US news media.

In 1915 during WWI, muslim Turkey did the Armenian genocide, slaughtering over a million Orthodox Christian Armenians (with plenty of strategic help from Germany).

Along with slaughtering the Armenians, Turkey also took a great deal of what was Armenian land, which it still holds today.

The Armenians who managed to survive the 1915 Armenian genocide scattered all over the world (much like the Serbs later did when Churchill and FDR very strangely installed communist Tito in Yugoslavia during WWII).

Russia backs Orthodox Christian Armenia in this against muslim Turkey. But Russia treads lightly, backing Armenia but usually cautioning them.

Today Armenia is no one to fool with. After the 1915 Armenian genocide the surviving Armenians said “NEVER AGAIN”
They have the third most battle ready military in the world today—after Russia and Israel.

At this moment Russia has a heavy military presence in Armenia, because of the recent shooting down of Russian aircraft by Turkey.

People think Ergodan is nuts to be taking on lontime enemy Russia so aggressively.

Ergodan and Obama have been great friends (Obama says so repeatedly publicly) as Ergodan bankrolls ISIS and buys their oil.

Ergodan plans on a return of the muslim caliphate with himself as its head.

You will notice it is the former Iron Curtain European countries who refuse to let the muslims bring their pestilence [”refugees”] in.

An ironic note from history involving Russia and Armenia.
In 1915, the Ottoman leaders spread the vicious falsehood, across their Empire, that the Armenians were plotting the overthrow of Ottoman rule; as agents of Czarist Russia. It was their cover for genocide.

This is a very important conflict. Turkey is backed by the EU, and possibly the USA as well.
