I suspect Trump saves his money for the final push. My guess is that California will see big spending.
Pennsylvania’s delegates are mostly free agents by their own state rules. Only 17 of 71 are up for grabs. The rest are free to vote as they wish.
Just a side note, but if the purpose of this primary season is to select delegates, then the delegates names should be on the ballots and not the candidates.
