There was no standing ovation. They rose in respect when she entered and rose in respect when she left. Rising in respect, to whomever, upon entering and leaving is not a standing ovation. Those people were chatting among themselves, bored looks between them and some snickers.
Tina Faye could have done better and at least gotten a few laughs.
