NASA could orbit a man around the earth but not much else at this point. The Chinese are working on establishing a base on the moon and Europe and Russia on going to mars.
April 1 or not, NASA really would take until 2030 to do what they did in 9 years back when we had a slightly less corrupt government, and still had engineers with balls. (Of course, the pilots always had balls. :-) )
I don’t believe the manned space capsule will hold pressure. It will leak and the astronaut’s blood will boil. We just don’t have the technology anymore. Too many parts being made in China. Just ask Boeing.
Too sad to be funny. Obama disapproves of space travel since 98% of astronauts are white and thus racists.
