This is nothing but the start of a Kabuki dance....

With one of two possible endings.

One: The Department of Justice refuses to prosecute, saying the "crimes" were just innocent oversights. Some FBI agent resigns in protest. Case closed.

Two: Obama issues pardons for anyone who MIGHT have committed a crime. Note the "might" there. That way Hillary can accept the pardon and still claim she did nothing wrong. Case closed.
