smoking pot in a state vehicle

we have policies in our company about drugs and alcohol for employees that operate company vehicles. Does the state not have a Drug and Alcohol policy?

I would expect to be fired if I was caught drinking on the job

Why is pot smoking different?

What do you mean, “Maybe not”?

Maybe as far as you’re concerned.
