President Obama’s first budget as president declared that he was ushering in a “new era of responsibility.” His last budget as president shows that he’s presided over an era of unprecedented fiscal irresponsibility.
That at least, is what the Congressional Budget Office’s independent analysis of Obama’s budget makes plain.
