This ridiculous case should be dropped....as in immediately...if not sooner.
Pedestrians do not sue when they bump into each other in crowded areas.

Interesting, so in effect Cory has been issued a ticket to appear in traffic court, and the DA hasn’t decided whether to proceed. I thought that the police sent the file to the DA first, and then the arrest warrant was issued, but maybe they do things differently in Florida.

“The State has to proceed on a legally higher standard of proof, which is beyond a reasonable doubt as well as whether there is a reasonable likelihood of a conviction. At this point, our office has not received the case.”

Excellent point.

I don’t think they will pursue this. The whole thing was just a publicity stunt to try to smear Trump and his campaign in the court of public opinion, by presenting allegations as irrefutable facts.

So Jupiter went ahead without input from the local DA. Sounds weak...which it is.

This whole case has made me realize Cruz should never be president. He’s not even my 2nd choice anymore. Cruz does not have the judgment to be president or even be Justice in the Supreme Court. He look at the evidence and still think this is ground to convict? He will fire someone who was trying to protect him for his own convenient. He lack judgment and have no loyalty

I have it on good authority (National Enquirer) that Jupiter was busy with Juno when the "attack" happened.

Picture is from CG, leaked by a Cruz pac. Bubba is the male model, Hillary screaming at the bottom.

This whole mess has me ballistic. So much damage already done to Trump and Corey, and it is over a MONTH until even the court date.

Heads should roll over stuff like this.

Anyone that has done even a single press conference in a professional setting knows that if you get in the way of the interview subject when they are going into or out of the presser, you risk getting pushed aside.

This whole fiasco is ridiculous. Decorum suggests that you let the candidate/party that you are covering to make a safe exit.
