I would say the title “set up in bad faith” is not consistent with the above statement. “Set up” is definitely before the fact and the “narrative” after the fact IMO.
The beast is great at “I don’t recall” responses so all that’s needed is for her to give some tutoring sessions to her former employees - no problem!
We can get Paul Shanklin back on the job to remind everyone how she does it if we have to.
