Just defund any federal operation that is unconstitutional.

The problem is that people who dislike Constitutional restraints have been running the Supreme Court for 80 years.
They have granted so much power to the government through the willful reversal of the intent of the Commerce clause that most children are taught that it is the Federal Government’s job to keep us fed, housed, and educated.
Unfortunately, Scalia, as a happy drug warrior, was one of the worst on this. Just read the decision he wrote on Raich.
People growing pot in their own home for their own use was “interstate commerce” under his insane reasoning.
I was terribly disappointed. But after all, he was only human.
Yes. Raich was an opportunity to roll back some of the commerce clause abuses. Instead, it was further etched in stone.
