Well I get the impression that to Trump, rules are made to be broken, abused and used (by him and his ilk), as needed. It is, after all, his good friends in the Democratic Party that change the rules mid-game all the time.
The RNC won’t and can’t change the rules to suit Donald Trump. Won’t happen.
With all Trump peeing in the water under the GOP bridge, he will not be seen favorably by delegates not Trumpbots beforehand.
