Ah yes, New Detroit... great job, Democrats, that's just one more great American city you've destroyed through your corruption.
You've finally reached the tipping point, where the businesses rush out of the city faster than they come in, because they can't make enough profit to stay in business and pay all those taxes that go to feed all those non-taxpayers.
You have a near 100% failure rate in all the big cities you prey upon (which, face it, is all the big cities), but your welfare voters never notice because they're so busy killing one another and trying to figure out which of the victims' "black lives matter" and which ones don't, because they were killed by one of their own kind.

Only if it keeps the the trash in Chicago. Under such conditions, it will depopulate on its' own and return to the forestland it once was. After a couple of generations, nothing will be left except the trees, and then maybe they can turn it into a park. It's already happening in Detroit (also known now as New Mogadishu), and it's the inevitable fate of all Democrat-mismanaged urban decay ares.
