Paint me optimistic, but I think this punk despot is on his last legs. After i read that he asked his already famine stricken population to prepare for famine. Hopefully enough tired , hungry country folk can muster up enough pitchforks to rush the castle wall.
I think you’re right about the Nork regime being on its last-legs. The pace of the political killings withing NK has picked up. Even if he’s getting true opponents of the regime that has got to be demoralizing to the rest of his inner circle. Kim needs to keep them focused on the outside threat.
Up till now I think the unruly Norks have been beneficial to China. Kind of like your neighbor’s yappy pit-poodle. Now that serious threats are being made it will be interesting to see if China takes him out.
