Typical Boeing. I remember several years ago people who worked there earned $50.00/hr but Boeing was always laying off, and the strikes kept people out of work for months at a time. Everyone made better money at places that only paid $15/hr but worked all year.

Business is bad all over the country. The giant sucking sound you hear is our good jobs going overseas or Mexico.

I live in Washington state. If you want to blame someone, blame the unions and a hostile state government. I applaud Boeing’s move to more business friendly states like South Carolina.
