That has zero to do with Lying “I didn’t touch her” Lewandowski’s legal jeopardy. He reached in front of a secret agent. It was the agent’s job to decide if the person should be separated, not Lying Lewandowski’s. That is why is is got charged. He has no defense.

This is such a nothing story. Give me a break. This story will die because Trump does not settle and this little girl is going to be crushed.

Nothing shown on Lou Dobbs frame-by-frame videos showed that MF was grabbed. I never saw her balance shifted or any reaction from her. Her movements were continually pushing forward, not back in pain or surprise. The supposed witness in the plaid shirt later references what he sees in a video, not real life, as his input. Just opinion - The secret service should be ashamed of themselves for being so lax, but the agency is hardly what it was before Obama.

“He has no defense.”

Federal law says:

Whoever knowingly and willfully obstructs, resists, or interferes with a Federal law enforcement agent engaged in the performance of the protective functions authorized by this section or by section 1752 of this title shall be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.

Lewandowski was fully justified by Federal law to resist Fields’ unlawful act.
