Given the amount of time allegedly shooting, without injury, I’d say the TROP members assumed that state park land was like national forest or BLM and they could practice there.
If that is the case then this could be a major “dodged a bullet” scenario if properly followed up on, or the authorities might just say peaceful demon worshippers were just recreationally using firearms in an area they’re not authorized to and let them off with a warning or minor fine...
Hmmm... I wonder which result will satiate the apologist pearl clutchers...
