Maybe instead of dropping out, this pull of ad revenue is a sign that Kasich acknowledges that he has no chance in Wisconsin and is trying to reserve funding for more competitive markets? Poll today shows Kasich in 2nd place, 2 pts behind Trump.

I think he’s targeting those districts where he can draw the most votes and not statewide which would tax his campaign’s wallet. Kasich is the GOPe’s boy going forward.
