A DC jury was eager to find Scooter Libby guilty (they were just upset that Dick Cheney wasn't the man being tried). But of course the opposite would be true if a Democrat politician was being tried.

I think there is "mutually assure destruction" at play...Hillary could do a lot of damage to Obama if he didn't make sure she gets off scot-free on all of these charges.
