As long as they keep it there, then whatever.

So now is the time grandma goes off the cliff and premature babies are left to die from hypoxia. That flattens the costs.

MA had the best healthcare in the country, now it’s in a utter freefall and has been for years.

Despite the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, insurance plans in Massachusetts have not decreased in price by any measurable amount.
That's true in my case. My monthly premium has only had negligible increases.
My deductible, however, has jumped by a couple grand. And I pay out of pocket for all prescriptions, doctor's visits and lab tests.
I would forget that I had health insurance if it wasn't for that monthly premium showing up in the mail.

I think the term is “bend the cost curve.”

As a MA resident, I can say that I never had any problem with my health insurance -- up until RomneyCare.
When that began, I spent more money and got less coverage.
Then ObamaCare came in -- I spent even more money, and got spectacularly less coverage.
Single Payer? That's when it gets totally "free", right? OMG I cannot afford this. No way.

The ONLY thing the Mass. General Court and the
Romney-selected Governor care about is,
other than their own salaries and pensions and perks,
making new islands for rattlesnakes (soon to be allowed
to vote and marry).

Since my employer's corporate office is located in Waltham and my insurance is BCBS of MA, I wonder if this new thing will affect me in Illinois, or isolate the mania to Massachusetts. I am eligible for medicare, but my wife has a few years to go and the private health insurance is one major reason to keep working for a few more years.
Anybody in the market for a job that involves too much travel and aggravation?

I acknowledge that in Massachusetts we have a great health care system, but it is not a system that works for everyone, Who is it NOT working for? The intelligent thing to do is find out why it is "not working for some" and try to addres that issue. It may very well be the fault of thise people. You don't screw up a system fo rthe sake of a few people.

Same with Colorado. The Democrats are in arush to get rid of Obamacare because voters will not be happy this year.

Why? I thought that Romney-Care was just as good as Obama-Care! Why would they want to move on to a Veteran’s Administration like system? After all that system is such a rousing success in killing off it’s patients while providing “bonus’s” for it’s government employees.
Ain’t Government just Grand??????? /s
