I suggest you skip out on a debt. See if they don’t put a “bench warrant” out on you. Most likely, unless it is a large amount they won’t pursue you, but if you go back to that town, you will be arrested.

That does not occur anywhere in the US.
There are no criminal “bad debt” laws.

If you try to hinder a secured lienholder from re-possessing or sell mortgaged property, yes that is a criminal act.

Where do you live? Venezuela?
