Uh, "pending"? Did I miss something? I thought it was "on-going". If it's just pending at this point, it'll be long after Nov before they even quit pending and start acting. Then doj and lala will choose to NOT persue any action regardless of any "evidence". Can you say prosecutorial discretion.

This is in fact,a huge story

It’s treason on top of treason. There’s a very good chance this woman could have been selling off classified info in exchange for donations to the Clinton money laundering foundation. That’s HIGH treason, a death penalty offense. Anyone defending and protecting that is also committing treason, but I would expect nothing less from this Islamic caliphate posing as our POTUS administration.

I truly would like to know how many people have lost their lives as a result of her private server being hacked.

WRT this issue Trump will destroy Mrs Cosby as long as the FBI is investigating. It is reasonable to believe that premature disclosure of information in a continuing investigation (active and on-going as per article) into a CRIMINAL complaint could very well compromise that investigation and future investigation of crimes related to the server/email/national security breaches.
Things are so serious that even the response of the FBI cannot be made public??? Joe, Joe Biden are you awake?

And the calender is Hillary's friend. As the months drag on and there is, maybe, a referral to the DOJ which will study the issue past the election and then, if Hillary wins, the whole issue will be deep sixed.

The first thing she'll do if she wins is to grant all her minions and of course, HERSELF, blanket pardons. This probably won't be publicized unless action is taken and she'll pull them out and emit that evil cackle of hers.

"As the FBI looks to wrap up its investigation in the coming months, agents are likely to want to interview Clinton and her senior aides about the decision to use a private server, how it was set up, and whether any of the participants knew they were sending classified information in emails, current and former officials said," according to the Washington Post report. This is the statement I don't like. This is like "Did you know that embezzling funds from your employer was illegal?" The law says you can't do it. Whether or not you are aware you are breaking the law is of no consequence.

Here is the question I posed to Leopold this morning on twitter..... If watchdogs (who are these watch dogs) notified the FBI of potential miss handling of security data, then could those same “watch dogs” Pull her top secret clearance? If so can a FOIA be filed to see if it is still current or been suspended. Potential voters would want to know if the potential presidential candidate has had her Secrecy status suspended...

I thought it was "on-going". It's "on-going", very much like the expansion of the universe, just a lot slower.
