Any manipulation by ANY other candidate will cause a total rebellion. That of course, is if Trump wins fair and square....no cheating on HIS END....

Good question. If the NE affair accusations prove true and either force Cruz to immediately end his campaign or relegate him to Kasich level support if he stays in the race, then I don't see the GOPe stopping Trump from getting the 1,237 delegates needed for the first ballot nomination. I can't see Kasich gaining any significant support if these allegations force Cruz to exit the race.
The GOPe may try a Hail Mary and get Romney to formally enter the race with the goal of winning enough delegates in these later states to deny Trump the 1,237 delegates needed for the nomination and force a brokered convention.
Here’s my question - how does Cruz stop amnesty when those bringing him to the dance demand it?
