Where does the mayor get the power to prevent a city employee from travelling anywhere? Non essential would indicate to me that it’s not government business. So, all employees could go to NC on vacation.

I remember when the gay city council of Austin, Texas passed some kind of rule that they wouldn’t do business with some state. Nobody paid attention.

Actually the discrimination is the other way around.
Trannys can use any bathroom they want.
Straights are restricted to the birth sex bathroom.

Have anyone here ever hear of a female tranny getting accosted in an opposite sex bathroom? I haven’t.
Prior to all this, if a female dressed as a male went into a men’s room, entered a stall, peed, walked out, no one would be the wiser . Even if exposed would likely not have anything done beside run out. If that.
Now, to force action,it’s unlawful to use the ‘wrong’ bathroom.
They stirred the hornets nest and then complain of getting stung.

North Carolinians are prevented from providing disaster relief or services to earth quake destroyed San Francisco.

Yes, it seems that NC got a two-fer from this law: Keep sexual deviants out of the wrong restroom, and keep libtards out of the state.

What a bonus.

I would take “non-essential” to mean “attendance at a professional conference.”
“Essential” might be “continuing education.”
You realize that 95% of government employees are “non-essential?”
