Good question but I suspect you’ll never get the Cruz camp to admit that it could be anybody. They are going to blame Trump no matter what.
Kind of like how Obama blames Cruz for everything.
That’s my problem with Cruz. I liked him, but I guarantee he knows it wasn’t Trump. He would rather use this as a political tool, than to protect his family and go after those who really started it. Or admit that it is true.
Blaming trump will work.
He’s sleazy and other than his dedicated fan base no one trusts him.
That’s not meant to be an insult, it’s part observation and part opinion backed up by a healthy dose of polling.
Cruz is exploiting it to great effect.
