Delaware will remain a screwed up state as long as the whole government is Democrat, as it is now. And the chances of it changing are slim because we are next door to New Jersey and are getting swamped by Democrats bailing out to avoid the tax hell they created.

It would seem increasingly more difficult for insurance companies to deny coverage citing “experimental medicine/procedure,” or to cover almost any kind of unapproved treatment, if a patient only claimed that it relates to “gender identity” or something similar.

So for all those who fear denial of coverage for any reason whatsoever, here’s the great loophole, one which it seems reasonable to believe will always be upheld by government watchdogs.

Oy!

The policy also applies if a person is undergoing a gender transition mutilation to resemble the opposite gender.

Fixed it.

How did our society get to be this sick?

totally correct.

At least here in southern DE, in Sussex County, some sanity and a bunch of Republicans remain.

But the influx, or rather flood, or people escaping high tax NE states may turn the tide here in a few years.
