Vladimir Putin is worried about how America is doing. The Russian president on Thursday teased Secretary of State John Kerry, who was visiting in Moscow, for carrying his own luggage, asking whether it was a sign that the U.S. is somehow struggling. Story Continued Below "On the one hand, it’s quite a democratic way of conduct, but on the other hand, I thought probably the situation in the United States is not that good and there is no one to assist the secretary of state in carrying his luggage," said Putin, whose own country's economy has been hurting due to oil low prices. "I hear your economy is okay," Putin continued, while alongside Kerry at the Kremlin. "I mean, there are no — there is no slowdown. Probably then I thought there was something in that case of your — in the briefcase of yours you couldn’t trust anyone else with. Probably you brought some money with you to haggle on key matters."

What makes it hysterical is that Putin can speak quite good english.
Luggage? That ain’t luggage. That’s a briefcase and a Walmart bag full of munchies.
Kerry didn’t want any swarthy luggage handlers pawing his teddy and other lingerie.
For YEARS Jimmah Cahtah made a HUGE deal about how HE carried his OWN luggage.
Years later the Secret Service spilled the beans that the luggage had ALWAYS been empty and that he carted around an empty set specifically for that purpose:

There is no doubt , none at all it is infact bribe cash in that briefcase. Putin exposed him before the world.
Kerry was probably giving Putin our nuclear codes.
Nothing would surprise me with this administration.
