You have to imagine this “network” isn’t going to nearly as motivated as it was with ¡Jeb! running, and at that time it was worthless. Cruz’s campaign is a disjointed freak show, throwing money at it isn’t going to make it suddenly make sense.

Not being a GOPe RINO, I don’t know but can hazard a guess. IMHO, most of the GOP establishment have now realized that they have been soundly DEFEATED by the “outsiders” and are trying to figure out who they’d prefer (Trump or Cruz) to win the nomination. Some are going with Trump and some are going with Cruz. It’s as simple as that!

I think the Bush family, as well as Cruz, would have rather not come out about their long relationship, preferring to maintain the "Cruz is an outsider" thing instead, but desperate times call for desperate measures.

Had it not been for Trump, we'd all be happily enjoying their illusions, bickering away at the "two-party" facade they've carefully maintained, while gearing up for the 2016 election in November.

Oh well...Trump happens. Sux to be them.

Word is, Trump, the developer, is going to spotlight these stealthy slumlords, raze their perpetual power and money machine, and then rebuild the property as originally intended.

Poor young Ted Cruz is just part of their old, long-running Kabuki show, but perhaps not yet fully matured for the role he's playing now.

Weirdest thing is, ever notice how Cruz is actually a slightly younger, GOPe version of obama?

I'm serious. The main difference is, where obama had a mix of radical and mainstream cred designed to sweep the amped up anti-Bush vote, Cruz came with "conservative" cred tailor-made for the angry and upset GOP base/TEA party faithful in the wake of obama's rule over US.

Unfortunately, that bunch of The Most Faithful won't see past their infatuation for Cruz until it runs its course.

Their need and their fears are too great, which, sadly, makes them easy prey.
