Somewhere I saw the following that Romney would say:

I lost to Obama when I ran for president.

Now I will make sure we lose to Hillary this election cycle.

That would make Romney a ripple loser. this guy is totally jinxed. Fortunately, he will just jinx Cruz into extinction.
