National Border Patrol Council President Brandon Judd told a House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee Wednesday that cartels cut a hole in a 10-mile stretch of border that had been unmanned for two days and drove two vehicles through it.
“Yesterday, I received an email from an agent in Arizona, and that email said that there was a 10-mile stretch for two days — and this is documented on the reports from the Border Patrol management — 10 mile stretch of border that was unmanned for two days,” Judd said. “Criminal cartels were able to go to the fence, cut a hole in the fence, drive two vehicles through that hole and escape.”
Judd said he visited a station in the Del Rio Border Patrol sector two weeks ago. He was there for one day, but during the week of his visit, there was a total of 157 known entries into the U.S. “through that station’s area of responsibility.” …

Move our troops to the southern border, shoot to kill orders for anything approaching it that doesn’t reverse direction after being given a warning in Spanish over loud speaker.

No troops - we just need to install the automated .50 cal guns that the South Koreans use on their border - they shoot anything that moves - no warning just dead. After a while the message will be recieved no matter what language the illegal speaks - many are Chinese.
While Lou Dobbs is reporting the Border Patrol is being told to falsify reports regarding the number of border crossings and how many are getting away.

But what should we expect from a president, allied with our party’s cheap labor lobby, who works with the Mexican government, actively recruits illegals, transports them here, gives them lawyers, sees that they’re coached on what to say to claim bogus political asylum, has them agree to court hearings that they blow off, supports `sanctuary cities’, sues states trying to protect themselves ...

It isn’t about “cheap labor” when the aliens get handouts instead of jobs. It’s also about illicit votes.

Yes, those that are interested less in breathing free than in living free are a big part of the problem. That goes without saying. We’ve got a domestic welfare class that is already breaking our backs.
But like the H-1B indentured servants/slaves, the illegals that work are docile and cowed. That’s what makes them attractive to well-heeled employers (many who don’t see the irony in living in gated communities) trying to skin a nickle.
You know, we banished slavery nearly a hundred and fifty years ago. But the illegals get their feet under them and start grumbling. So the employers need fresh meat. This is why they refused to even debate, talk about illegals until you-know-who came along.
Yeah, I read somewhere they’re voting in California and anyplace the Democrats can work voter fraud.
Otherwise, “handouts” begs the larger question: Why should we fight amnesty? Or as the people who are now piggybacking Cruz say: `comprehensive immigration reform.” Bush was ready to sign in `06.
This is what VO Key called a “critical election.” It is a death struggle between classes of Americans: those of us who want our country back and those who like things just the way they are, but re-booted to 1986. It’s best summed up in two words: border security.
