No. All bombings are actual or attempted homicides. What differentiates these is the intentional death of the bomber.

I guess, but the word suicide tends to be only indicating the person wanting to kill themselves. It is not the correct description. Their primary goal is to murder. The fact that they die, as well, is of no concern to me. Their victims matter to me; they don’t. I think using the term suicide is designed to make it seem less than it is and to even cause a more sympathetic view of the killer.
