After a city gets vaporized or thousands are killed in a chemical/bioligical attack, all these ‘civil’ nuances and ‘this is not who we are’ dialoge are going to flatly rejected.

That is a myth. Torture techniques are very effective. Up to a point. There is a point when it becomes ineffective. But they take it to mean it is all ineffective.

Leftist weenies spout this crap all the time in an effort to twist the message, etc. the way they always do.
