Sweden is just one small nation. I could ask, ‘who let this happen?’, but in every EU nation there seems to be a ‘who’ or two, or even ten. There are more who’s than you can shake a stick at. Law enforcement cannot keep up with the mistakes in screening being made by those making decisions on who to admit to the country.
