A Supreme Court ruling that delays a key element of President Barack Obamas strategy to fight climate change will likely push a final decision on the issue to the next president, the Senates Republican leader said Monday as he urged the nations 50 governors to continue a wait-and-see approach on Obamas plan.
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky advised the governors to defy Obamas effort to limit carbon pollution from coal-fired power plants by refusing to submit compliance plans to the Environmental Protection Agency.

Thank you for referencing that article Olog-hai. As usual, please bear in mind that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.
Sen. McConnell is evidently another excellent example why the ill-conceived 17th Amendment should never have been ratified.
More specifically, low-information Sen. McConnell either does not understand, or is blatantly ignoring, that even if all US citizens and illegal immigrants in the US were in favor of the federal government taxing and spending for global warming purposes, it remains that the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for such purposes.
WRONG you Spineless Quisling POS McConnell. YOU ARE PERSONALLY ALLOWING ALL OF IT!
Do you mean to tell me that you can actually see them with the naked eye?
