Her name is Jamie Gorelick. She was widely held as the architect of the wall between the CIA and the FBI that did not allow them to share threat data.

If you’re thinking of Jamie Gorelick she was not a CIA agent as far as I know.
She was never in the CIA. She did represent Duke University when the University was trying to expel members of the lacrosse team on phony charges

She went on to destroy Fannie Mae and the mortgage lending industry with fellow Clinton apparatchik Franklin Raines, causing the collapse of the American economy, and the Democrats had the gall to try to blame the situation on George W. Bush.

I believe she also had something to do with the 2004-2008 financial bubble and crash - maybe as one of the board members of the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA), commonly known as Fannie Mae.
