He could if he gets 54% of the remaining 10 states awarding delegates proportionately and 50% of Winner Take All states, Including California. If Kasich accumulates an additional 100 delegates from the Proportionate states and 3 out of 11 winner Take All states(including California it really could be close.
I hope Cruz and Trump put together a deal for the first ballot, if it looks like, to them, the delegations have been packed by the Party Hacks.
