Trump can do his nomination on Day 1.
And....assuming we keep the senate, ten days is sufficient for an up and down vote.
I'm guessing he and Sessions have already discussed this thoroughly.
He is going to send them looking for the submarine races. Give them something they think is important to do, and it distracts them from what is important. I doubt that whatever names he gives them are the ones he will seriously consider, its a shell game, and they will swallow it hook, line, and sinker.
