If it were me in charge, I would have gotten a forklift, not a tow truck, Lifted the truck with officers carrying the protester along with it and set it on side of the road. Then , since she is worried about being separated from her vehicle, put an extra chain on her to make sure she does lose her vehicle and left her there for all the pissed motorist to pass by and say hello.
