They don’t know what goes on outside the beltway.. so if they run a 3rd party.. do they actually believe they will get enough votes to win this? They’d better do some checking first... they are so into believing they know it all.. they’d make a stupid mistake like this? Didn’t they ask the Donald to sign a pledge..and didn’t he sign it? I would advise ANY REPUBLICAN thinking about a Third Party run to THINK IT OVER, VERY HARD.
Trump will not be happy and they can be VIRTUALLY ASSURED that Trump will spill out their lives and the lives of their families for all to see.
I don’t say this as a threat (as I have no connection to the man), I just note it as a pattern with Trump. He doesn’t play by the old rules and if the GOPe REALLY wants to try to DOUBLE CROSS him, he will hit back with such fury that it would be quite difficult for anyone who runs to go back to anything resembling a ‘normal’ lifestyle.
Anything to keep the Uniparty the Uniparty. One-party rule and big government trumps all (pun not intended).

I think they have another plan in the works -- they aim to prevent Hillary from getting the 270 electoral votes needed to become President. A three-man race could very well accomplish that, especially considering her high disapproval numbers. And if she does fall short of 270, then the election of the President goes to the GOP-controlled House. Guess who becomes President then? Not Hillary, and not Trump. ...and not Cruz either. It'll be their hand-picked RINO, whoever it is.
And they figure that if Hillary DOES get the 270 necessary to be elected, it's certainly not ideal, but it's better than a Trump or Cruz Presidency.
Pity he didn’t work this hard against The Won in the last two elections.
