I agree that the evidence is probably there to indict and convict but doubtful it’ll happen, at least to Hillary.
For Hillary I think you’re right. They would have indicted her months ago. They were waiting for her to get deep in the election cycle before they announce it’s too late to indict, it’s become a political issue not a legal issue.
But they aren’t going to let her get away scot free. One of her close aids is going down, and it’s probably Huma. Blumenthal will probably wind up in a ditch somewhere.
