You are the judgmental one also. I don’t expect jumping up and down or shrieking, but I expect respect, dignity and truthfulness. Moveon.org and BLM have done enough of that for a liftetime.
As an RN of 40 years I hope if I ever have someone cut my car away from around me they would show human compassion and not robotics. But then that is what I think God would want.
Perhaps what you don't understand is that the person who is speaking truth may not say what you want to hear the way you want to hear it, but if you want to get all balled up over how I tell you to move before something runs over you, You will never see the compassion in what I did.
As an RN, surely you understand compassion vs robotics--I have seen both from members of that profession. You also understand that sometimes you will cause short term pain or discomfort for the long term benefit of the patient. Do think about it.
