Oh yeah, fine and jail those who can’t pay their stinking bills. Brilliant.

Then we can build more courts, prisons, hire more cops, guards, more probation hacks, interpreters...

Of course then we’ll need to raise the taxes for everyone substantially!

“——to the extent that these practices are geared not toward addressing public safety, but rather toward raising revenue”

Hey,Loretta-—who raised the $2.5 million revenue for the bailout for these people?—You did,via the IRS. What’s the difference?

Oh, so THEY get to commit crimes and are never to be called upon to pay the consequences. Yeah, THAT’S gonna have a positive effect to deter crime, you betcha. What are they using their “low income” for? Drugs, booze, and cigarettes, no doubt.

Then raise the penalties and fines on the fines they can’t pay, so none of them can pay or ever get out the hole.

A win win fer sure right?

Better yet, flood the country with tens of millions of low wage illegal workers, and then ship hundreds of thousands of jobs and entire industries off shore.

Welcome to the land of loser leadership.

Look at how many prisons are private, run by corporations. It’s in their interest (and the politicians they support) to keep incarceration rates high. Convicts are a growth industry nowadays.

That's for sure. An outright traitor setting America up for collapse. Then he takes his bow and puts his hand out for his reward from the A-rabs, Chinese, and Russkies. The disgusting part of this is that some "Americans" voted to approve this traitorous POS to hold the highest office in the land--twice. Half of them wanted cheap illegals for their personal gain and half of them wanted freebies. NONE of them wanted America and what it really stood for.

What the DOJ and all the others don’t clarify is that the people are being locked up not because they can’t pay the fine, they refuse to come to court. Failure to appear, contempt of court, whatever you want to call it, you just blow it off, or else the whole thing collapses.

We make one set of offenses optional to address, may as let everyone get a pass..

Working at the Town Farm.

Picking the lettuce Americans aren’t willing to pick. Same in exchange for all other public trough parasites.
