How Kasich became National Republican Grownup
Yahoo News ^ | March 17, 2016 | Matt Bai

Normally, it wouldn’t be a very big deal for a popular two-term governor to win a presidential primary in his own state, especially if it’s the first of 29 states (and a couple of territories) he’s actually won. But normalcy isn’t even on speaking terms with politics this year, and so it was that John Kasich — after laboring as an afterthought through weeks of primaries and a dozen debates — woke up yesterday to a changed reality.

Kasich is not imitating a Democrat. He has become one. That’s what a stint at Lehman’s will do to one’s soul.

He’s the “adult in the room”. Just ask him. [/s]

Honestly, it always turns me off when people use that phrase. It has the effect of elevating them and belittling everyone else.

Tell the left that he defunded Planned Parenthood and watch that die.

He did it, of course, because he was running for President and made sure the Republican legislature gave him a soundbite to use.

Yup. That’s why “they” predict he’ll do well in the northeast states. Just for grins, I looked at realclearpolitics total vote counts to date R vs D totals. Looks like approx 19,100,000 R votes and 14,700,000 D votes. Totals are for votes for all can’t-i’dates so far. Does this mean anything come Nov? Obviously Trump and hildebeast have the most. Trump with a total of approx 7.5 million votes and hildebeast approx 8.6 million. Do the R’s cruz, kasich, rubio votes end up in the Trump column in Nov or does hildebeast waltz in to the WH.

Kasich has received money from Soros. Kasich loved illegal aliens for whatever reasons. Kasich wants more Somalis and other radical Muslims to settle in Ohio. Maybe he basically hates Ohio?

Maybe Kasich has talked about the enormous black tar heroin problem in Ohio. But I haven't heard it. All black tar heroin is brought into the state by illegal aliens from a specific area in Mexico. It is the deadliest and most addictive drug ever, much worse than the cartel's brown heroin. It has destroyed families and communities across the nation. The way it is marketed, including free samples to children, makes rounding up these sociopaths the most effective way to fight it. Kasich, however, would oppose this.

Kasich is flying solo. And proof there is no grand GOPe stop Trump campaign. If there was Gov. Kasich would have taken a trip to Ft. Marcy Park.

Right, what a shame that the GOP won’t run another loser the Democrats can easily defeat.

Yeah, that's the right translation.

Not a grown-up.

A whiny little baby.

If he is a grown-up he should drop out and unite behind the winning candidate at this point, since neither he nor Cruz have a chance at getting the 1237 votes.

He is a little kid, always looking left and right for with a sheep smile, wondering if his latest sound bite got mommy’s approval.

To me Cruz is the adult. Regarding the debates, Cruz is the lead character in Idiocracy in the courtroom scene.

When you say “our” money, are you referring to taxes? If so, please support the claim. If it’s donated money, then it’s by people who approve of his spending, so no gripe there. If it’s his, same. In the end, voters want to be the ones who decide the nominee, not the media, and certainly not some liberal media liar, forgive the redundancy. Don’t read into this what you think is my choice for nominee because you don’t know it, and that’s not the point.

The only thing anyone needs to know about Kasich is Gary Condit.

They were and probably still are best friends, long distance for sure.

Both were notorious intern panty chasers back in the day until Chandra Levy turned up murdered. Then Kasich suddenly married and went bankster for a few years to cleanse himself. Gary even had fundraisers for Kasich. Kasich is a Democrat. Make no mistake about that.

I found his outrage of Trump to be hilarious. Calling Donald out for using bad language ? Really ? Because Kasich had daughters ? The girls he and Gary sexed were his daughter’s ages. Now all of a sudden he’s daddy puritan.

I think he got his hunchback from his cool motorcycle days.

By staying in the race till the convention, without a chance of winning 87% of the delegates necessary to capture the nomination, Cruz will be the cause of a Contested convention, and at the convention, Kasich will be crowned the GOPe’s nominee. Thanks Teddy.
