Trump got massively more votes in FL than Romney did. Roughly 1,100,000 to 750,000. Predicting low turn in November is just a lame Trump smear. Trump has fired up the base outside of Cruz’s 15% and he will roll in the general.

I think Rove is completely unaware that Fox is using him as a complete fool, to make Repubs look stupid, or at least fatuous, arrogant, and out of touch. That’s why he’s on there so much. (I don’t own a TV so I am going by anecdote) He simply doesn’t know he’s being used as a clown.
