Time to shut it down Obama...No one gives a crap what you do anymore. You've done enough damage already.

Is it better to take an Obama lame duck nominee with a republican senate, or risk letting president Hillary and a democrat senate have it...
just asking. My first instinct is to shut Obama down. But maybe he can be maneuvered into naming someone who is legitimately moderate.

Republican script should read something like this:
"...We have received your SCOTUS nomination, we will comprehensively examine his suitability for the job, and we will advise you the results of our findings, Mr. President..."

Should never even schedule. Just ignore. Obama is just continuing to stir up trouble and keeping his evil name before the public. He is a sorry excuse for a human being.

Republicans shouldn't even hold hearings so the question as to their approval or opposition is moot. Barack is a lame duck unless gutless republicans make him relevent again as they did four years ago.

LOL! I’d prefer they just ignore the forwarded nominee until after 1/20/2017 and have the new pres withdraw his name. Then nominate Joe Arpaio. LOL!

Of course, they should oppose this dolty judge. So-called ‘moderates’ that Dem presidents put up always turn out to be flaming liberals. Just look at Breyer and Ginsburg. We’ve played this game before and been burnt badly. I applaud Senate Majority Leader McConnell for holding the line on this.

Yes 815 (83%)
No 135 (14%)

Oppose, oppose, oppose, or what's the use of having Republicans senators at all.

Totally ignore Garland’s nomination, but you can tell the House to go ahead and impeach Traitorobama ASAP.

“Wait for hearings” ?
Not even hearings under current regime.
I’m afraid that the left will riot, distract us with all the primary drama and sneak in an LGBTQWERTY loving, anti 2nd Amendment, PRO baby parts, open borders, more bennies for illegals loving candidate.
