I agree with Ann Coulter’s recommendation.
Declare a complete moratorium on new immigration and
abolish the INS,
then start from scratch.
The H1B visa system provides slaves to stingy businesses.
They can’t or won’t stop illegals from coming.
The “political asylum” exception is a joke.
And it takes something like a murder or rape for them to deport an illegal.
Otherwise, ‘Adios America’.
