Charging a stage and going after a presidential candidate is just, “engaging in a form of political speech and making a statement” . Where are these lawyers trained at? Just bazaar legal speak!
Are you misrepresenting what the lawyer said intentionally, or negligently? The lawyer didn’t say that it was a form of political speech. He said that was what his client was imagining in his own mind.
That’s why the lawyer keeps adding the weasel words “ in his own mind”... Because this guy is out of his mind.
