I actually saw this in USA Today first, and they said that police are trying to get video. This is the quote:
According to Usama, police requested video footage of the indecent but were denied when a Kwik Shop manager wasn’t present.
I would assume police will eventually get it.
So nobody took down a license plate number? Hoax is highly probable.
