A Donald Trump rally took a dramatic turn Saturday when a disturbance broke out behind him -- causing Secret Service agents to jump on stage and form a wall around the candidate amid the commotion.
A campaign spokeswoman said that a man at the Dayton, Ohio, event "attempted to breach the secure buffer and was removed rapidly and professionally."
The suspect was identified as Thomas Dimassimo, 32, and was charged with disorderly conduct and inducing panic -- both misdemeanors, Chief Mike Etter of the Dayton Airport Police Department told NBC News....

CL’s Maggie Lee has a full report from Mayor Kasim Reed’s press conference his morning. APD and GSP have provide CL full lists of the 26 people arrested. We’ve included their names and charges after the jump. A judge has dismissed charges against both journalists who were arrested.

This really is absolutely unacceptable behavior, regardless of where it comes from (although it seems to me, the VAST majority of it comes from the Left).
I would feel no differently about this if Obama ran for the Senate in 2020 (NOT a crazy scenario). Candidates need to be protected, with Federal teeth in the laws. We can’t get enough good people to run for office as it is.

Trump seemed to be checking his right front jacket pocket. I wondered if he carries his gun in there and if he was worried that a thug would get ahold of it. Maybe he carries it somewhere else like his waistband and could feel with his pocket.
