I heard someone opine that she was shoving an unknown object, I would guess her phone or something, at Trump. Makes security guys nervous, and with good reason these days.
And the Snowflake Media doesn’t understand that sometimes, they’re not special.
You can see it in her hand, maybe a pen, maybe a recording device. How would the secret service know it was not a knife or a syringe? I’m sure they have studied the previous attacks on VIPs including the Squeaky Fromme attack on Reagan and never want it to happen on their watch
The strange thing is - what WAS she doing trying to touch Trump? and what was Terris doing distracting Lewandowski behind Trump? Was this a set up?

Fake story? There’s audio, video and witnesses.
The fake part is the narrative that a campaign manager would grab a friendly reporter when in order to do so he has to push a Secret Service agent out of the way or have 4 foot long arms. See the picture above. The most likely story is actually that the Secret Service agent did his job and pulled the reporter away from Trump. Just like the last time we heard about a reporter supposedly being pushed by the Trump campaign, but it turned out the guy had grabbed a Secret Service agent in an argument.

She a woman, that approach works with guys. If a guy grabs at you, it’s a threat; if a woman puts her hand on you, it’s usually assumed to be friendly, if not...interested. It’ll get a couple seconds of undivided attention, maybe an unguarded answer.
At least, it usually works on me.
You probably wouldn’t do that to someone who is under secret service protection as they were leaving a room

Anyone can look up Michelle Fields’ history of making false accusations against people. She’s simply not credible. And the fact that her witness & friend is a pajama boy leftist from the Washington Compost doesn’t help her case.

Thanks, we have been discussing that article and video. I don’t see that the writers of the article reach the conclusion you do, and other photos of the scene seem to show that it is most likely that the security guard grabbed Ms. Fields.
The article was originally entitled something about "misidentification" of Trump's guy. They later changed the title to "The Scrum: Video Shows Lewandowski Reaching in Michelle Fields’s Direction" which led me to believe they didn't think it was an ID mistake any longer.
I don't know who the reporter, Ben Terris, is....but he says he saw it happen. Guess we'll see what the Police discover when they start their investigation.
I still can't believe someone doesn't have video from the other side of the room since so many people had their cell phones out.
