If you have a phone, and I can’t get the data, then it must holds some criminal information (or else you wouldn’t hide it).

Therefore, I will charge you with RICO, terrorism, threats against the POS (no TU), supporting Bundy, and about 32 GB of other charges.

And if you do show me the data and explicit criminal evidence is not there, you will be charged with lying to the Feds, for making me think it was.
